Hi! I’ve been doing researches about fruits and its benefits. I quit eating chips and other junk foods months ago(and I will definitely miss them… or not) and decided to eat crispy fruits for snacks. Here’s what happened.
When I was eating junk foods (chips specifically), I was shocked to be diagnosed to have
- UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)
- And high numbered things about URIC ACID (I’m not good in medical stuffs)
I suffered high amounts of pain in the back and almost couldn’t move. I ate a lot of chips because I was trying to be awake all night for a project I was working. — Those are the only happy and delicious things that I regret.
And oh, while I was trying to keep awake, I also drank LITERS AND LITERS OF ICE COLD BREWED COFFEE. That probably caused my URIC ACID problems.
It was good, it was good. Until I suffered so much pain.
Now that I quit, I also learned that eating APPLES could also help you STAY AWAKE and more! After eating these little red health suppliers, here’ what happened:
- Eating apples BEFORE meals made me feel and look slimmer! I feel lighter! I felt like I was defying gravity and other unbelievable exaggerated stuff. I felt like this after 3-5 times eating apples.
- Eating apples as snacks between lunch and dinner made me survive the hours before I eat dinner! It’s a good source of energy, affordable too!
- Bowel movement changes. Probably the cause of my slight slimming process.
And other stuffs that only you could discover!
